Introduction to Chemistry
Kristan Marshall, the instructor, and your small group will explore some basic concepts that are typically explored in a high school Chemistry course. The course will contain virtual zoom sessions for which the student will be provided a meeting ID and password to attend. Also, weekly emails will be sent containing discussion questions for the upcoming class and/or after class practice problems. Introduction to Chemistry:
Part I - Classification of Matter, Unit Conversions, Scientific Notation, Significant Figures, Atomic Theory, Electron Configuration and Lewis Dot Structure.
Part II - Periodic Trends, Ionic and Molecular bonds, Naming Compounds, Writing Chemical Formulas, and balancing chemical equations.
Part III - The Ideal Gas Law, Boyle's Law, Charles Law, The Combined Gas Law, Partial Pressures, and Stoichiometry.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund if I'm unhappy with my purchase?
· Course Cancellation must be given in writing via email to [email protected]
· If notice is given at least 7 days prior to the start of the course, the student will be unenrolled in the course upon receipt and thus will not receive any additional service or content. A full refund can be requested in this case.
· If notice is given after this point, but prior to week 4 of the course, the student will be unenrolled upon receipt and thus will not receive any additional service or content. A partial refund (maximum 50%) can be requested.
· If notice is given after completing half of the course (after week 4), the student will be unenrolled upon receipt and thus will not receive any additional service or content. For this situation, no refund will be assessed.

Can I purchase coaching more than once?
